The Captain Software package regulates both the financial administration and the maintenance on board a vessel. The programme has been fully developed in the Relational Database FileMaker Pro and has been certified by the FileMaker Solutions Alliance. It was especially shipping companies and operators who originally made grateful use of the know-how of Captain Software. In the meantime, shore organisations who are confronted with complex maintenance tasks also work with the Captain Software Maintenance Package.

Document Manager

This allows you to exchange data between FileMaker Pro and Adobe Acrobat PDF files that have embedded fields. You can move data back and forth between FileMaker and the PDF file. Another feature included in the Software allows you to extract field data from the completed PDF and insert it back into FileMaker. All of this is possible without using complex data exchange methods or Adobe FDF files.
