To create and maintain administrative efficiency, we will be converting all
of your current documents into PDF format.
You can then simply fill in the needed online form and make changes, as needed,
directly from your PC. This will greatly minimize the paperwork for both
internal and client side documentation.
Your completed online form will then be sent to a background database where
it and all previous documentation will be consolidated. The updated information
will then be sent to our main office where it will be immediately available
to you as a PDF.
An internal file is also automatically created, safely stored and organized
for an efficient historical overview. In this way it will be possible to
store ship files and/or repair parts separately.
This history will also enable a quick and easy comparison whether the file
contains only one ship, ten ships or an entire fleet. You will have complete
control over the online information which is quickly available within seconds
of completing the desired form.
Developed for the Maritime branch, but also a fantastic and user friendly
solution for most any company where the importance of documentation and its
organization play a key roll.
